Our courses and digital materials provide immediate access to online educational content, including recorded lessons, course slides, workbooks, and other downloadable materials.
Because access to digital course content is provided upon purchase, all course sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased course, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
If a payment has been made in error or you believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to assist you.
Live Zoom Programs
For programs that include live Zoom instruction, refund requests made before the first scheduled live class may be considered, less a $50 administrative fee and the value of any digital course materials already accessed. Once the live program has begun, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Missing a scheduled live class does not qualify for a refund. When available, the class recording will be provided instead. If Healing Pet Connections cancels a live program, any appropriate refund will be based on the portion of the program that was not delivered.
